Rakhi is the founder and instructor of Yoga 4 Change, a youth centered specialty yoga program designed to nurture self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being. Through mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and reflection, children build essential life skills such as empathy, problem-solving, and self-regulation while developing tools they can carry with them beyond the mat.
Rakhi offers an 8 week Transcending Sexual Trauma Through Yoga, a trauma-informed healing series designed to support individuals on their journey toward safety, empowerment, and reconnection with their bodies. Rooted in mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, the series creates a supportive and choice-centered environment where participants move at their own pace.
Discovering Your True Self is a 4–5 hour immersive workshop designed to support participants in reconnecting with their authentic selves through mindful reflection, movement, and self-inquiry. Grounded in trauma-informed and healing-centered practices, the workshop weaves together mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, journaling, and guided discussion to cultivate self-awareness, clarity, and inner balance.
Participants are invited into a safe, supportive space that encourages curiosity, self-compassion, and personal insight. Through experiential activities and reflective practices, individuals explore values, strengths, and inner wisdom while developing practical tools to support emotional well-being and intentional living beyond the workshop.
Self-Care and Mindfulness Workshops are 1–2 hour experiential sessions designed to support balance, stress reduction, and emotional well-being in everyday life. Grounded in trauma-informed and healing-centered practices, these workshops introduce practical mindfulness tools, gentle movement, breath work, and reflective practices that can be easily integrated into daily routines.
Participants are guided through accessible strategies to cultivate self-awareness, self-regulation, and compassion, while honoring personal boundaries and lived experiences. The workshops offer a supportive space to pause, reset, and develop sustainable self-care practices that nurture resilience and overall well-being.
Awaken Your Light and Energy: A Transformational Two-Day Retreat is an immersive healing experience designed to offer space for rest, reflection, and reconnection. Rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and healing-centered practices, the retreat weaves together mindfulness, gentle yoga, breath work, sound healing, Reiki, and reflective practices to support nervous system regulation and holistic well-being.
Through the experience, participants will also engage in sacred rituals that honor ancestral wisdom and cultural traditions, explore Ayurvedic eating as a tool for nourishment and balance, and learn from the sister science of Yoga to support mind-body harmony. Over two days, participants are invited into a supportive and intentional environment that encourages self-discovery, restoration, and community connection, cultivating balance, resilience, and inner peace—tools they can carry with them beyond the retreat experience.
